Hogmanay (Edinburghs New Year Party) 2011/2012 Accommodation

EDINBURGHS HOGMANAY         

Brodies Hostels are once again providing great accommodation for the winter Hogmanay festival, in fantastic locations directly ON Edinburgh’s Royal Mile in the Old Town.

The Torchlight procession will be taking place on the 30th December starting at Parliament Square, and going to Calton Hill. On the 31st December, Primal Scream are headlining the main stage in Princes St Gardens, which has the dramatic backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, the source of the colossal firework display at midnight! The Keilidh stage at the Mound Precinct will also have high quality traditional bands guaranteed to get you dancing around! Confirmed so far are Mark Ronson, Friendly fires, Kassidy, Peatbog Faeries, Capercaillie, DJ's Jaymo & Andy George, The Cuban Brothers,Frisky and Mannish and many more will be performing at Venues around Edinburgh. You can book for 1, 2 or 3 nights over 30^th and 31^st December 2011, and 1^st January 2012. .

All bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis judged on by the time they are received by us.

The cancellation policy for New Year is different to our standard cancellation policy. Please read thoroughly before booking.
Any cancellations prior to 2.00pm on Monday 19th December 2011 will not be charged.
Any cancellations AFTER 2.00pm on Monday 19th December 2011, or if you fail to show up for your reservation, the card details provided to make the reservation will be charged for the TOTAL cost of the accommodation for each person booked under your card for however many nights of the 30th, 31st December 2011, and 1st January 2012 you have booked.

Please note we will be very strict on the 2pm time, and the 2pm time is UK time.

We will not be providing tickets to any street parties or events so please ensure that you secure all the tickets you require prior to coming to Edinburgh.

Brodies will be providing safe and secure environments in perfect Royal Mile locations. Brodies have fully fitted self catering kitchens with free tea and coffee and all linen/duvets are provided. There is 24 hour hot water in our showers, and there is 24 hour access to the hostel via a swipe card entry or a pin code entry once you have checked in. Reception is open 7am-midnight. Each dorm/private room is locked and each person will be provided with a key to their room when they check in
