Groups Policy
For most of the year Brodies Hostels accept normal groups of up to 24 people when booked in advance and subject to certain standard conditions.
Please note however that under no circumstances do we accept stag nights, hen nights, all-male groups, or other celebratory groups where there is a strong likelihood of disruption to our other guests because of excessive drinking and/or 'laddish behaviour' by members of the group.
There are hostels in Edinburgh that cater to these types of visitors but Brodies is not at this end of the market. If it seems likely that your group may be of this nature we respectfully ask that you approach one of them to provide your accommodation instead.
If your group is not of this nature then please call us to check availability and to ask for our Group Booking Forms. Please note that full payment is required in advance and that the group leader is usually asked to provide a £250 Damage Deposit on arrival.
